“Sex and Self - Improving your Sexual Confidence” Workshop Series

Would you like to learn to feel more comfortable with your sexuality and improve your confidence? Well now you can, with this new series of workshops from the UK’s best known sexual healer, Mike Lousada and his partner and fellow sexual healer, Elena Angel.

Our society has a distorted relationship with sex – often objectifying or suppressing it. We learn confusing messages about sex which can affect not only our love lives, but also our life in general. This can leave us lacking confidence and with a poor self-image, feeling uncomfortable and even fearing the intimacy of relationship and sex. These workshops will help you understand and integrate your sexuality more healthily into your life.

Through-out the workshops you will be supported in getting to know yourself as a sexual person and learn how to express your sexuality and get your sexual needs met healthily.

In the process you will learn to:

• Love your body more
• Improve your relationships
• Increase confidence – in the bedroom and in life generally
• Enjoy your sexuality
• The nature of your sexuality
• How can you best get what you desire
• Overcome blocks to intimacy

Through-out we will look sensitively at the true nature of your sexuality and how it impacts all areas of your life, teaching you tools for greater confidence and healthier relationships.

There will be no nudity or intimate touch during any of these workshops. Each workshop is open to both singles or couples and will consist of a combination of learning and fully-clothed exercises to help you integrate your new knowledge.

Exploring society’s myths around sexuality and how they unconsciously influence us. Learn who you are as a sexual person and how this impacts your life.

About the Trainers

Mike Lousada works as a Psychosexual Somatics Practitioner, a combination of talk therapy and bodywork to support clients in reclaiming their sexual potency and integrating it healthily into their lives. He has trained in Psychosynthesis psychotherapy for three years and hopes to qualify shortly. He has also studied psychosexual therapy and many forms of therapeutic bodywork. He specialises in working with sexual trauma and dysfunction.

Elena Angel is a Tantric practitioner, teacher and healer, using mainly Tantric and Taoist practices, psychotherapeutic, Bioenergetic techniques, hypnosis, and has developed her own psychosomatic applications, Trance-Bodywork and Associative Bodily Re-patterning to treat psychosexual, relationship and intimacy issues. Other influences include NLP, Somatic Experiencing, Shamanism and other forms of energetic healing.
